Maintenance One Inc ("we", "us" or "our") operates this website for our home appliance repair business in Flat Rock, Michigan. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our quote forms and the phone calls and messages that follow from them.

Information we collect

We only ask for what helps us respond to your repair request:

• Your name and phone number, so we can call you back with a quote and an arrival window.
• Your email address if you choose to give it. This field is optional.
• Your ZIP code and the appliance type, so we can confirm that we cover your area and bring the right parts.
• The description of the problem you type into the message box, and the time of day that suits you.
• Basic technical data such as the page you submitted from, which our form service records automatically.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, social security numbers or any other sensitive personal data through this website.
